Crispy edges and pillowy soft crumb. 😋

Chimichurri Smoked Meatballs. You have never had a more flavorful and herbaceous meat ball than these! Super easy and delicious recipe
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup @alfrugoni Chimichurri mix
1 TBSP S.G.P.R. seasoning
2 TBSP @bearandburtons W Sauce
1/3rd cup breadcrumbs
Mix and form into meatballs. Smoke at 250F for 30 minutes Then 400F until 165F IT.

Korean style kalbi beef short ribs 😋
Short rubs marinated in my Korean Barbecue marinade recipe:
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 cloves garlic minced
2 TBSP Dayum Tasty Asian rub
2 TSP sesame oil
Stand on edge bone side down in a pressure cooker, add marinade and then water until just covered.
Pressure cook in the marinade for 15 minutes until tender
Sear over charcoal turning frequently until it gets a little char. So delicious 😋

Bourbon brown sugar glazed double smoked ham 😋
Spiral cut ham seasoned with Dayum Pig! Seasoning and rub then smoked at 250F until about 130 IT, then glazed and put back in the smoker at 400F until 140IT.

Woodfire smoked low n slow on the @ovenbrothers Original Bro woodfired oven. Seasoned with Dayum and Dayum Pig! Gourmet Pork Rub, smoked for 5 hours with hickory and oak chunks, then cranked up to 450° and glazed with a ham glaze with added brown sugar and a shot of bourbon. Glazed until beautifully crisp over tender and delicious smoked rib.
So dayum good!
