I developed to provide a complete
and well balanced blend of Sweet, Savory, Salty, and Sour.
Excellent for Pork/Ribs, Chicken, Turkey, Seafood and Vegetables
Tips for use:
Dry Rub -Generously apply coating
all surfaces. Can be used immediately,
best if you can let marinate for at
least 2 hours to overnight.
Wet Rub-mix rub with olive oil to
form a paste. apply and marinate
for 30 minutes to several hours.
Always marinate in the refrigerator,
never at room temperature.
Do not marinate for more than 24hrs.
