Made this double bacon beer brat burger live with @lifewithbrieb and @chef_ryan_dawson @johnsonville beer brats skinned and made into burger patties with my new Dayum Tasty Creole Blackened AP Seasoning and Elda's Kitchen Original Steakhouse sauce. Griddled on the flat top and stacked high on a grilled croissant with applewood smoked bacon, beer and butter braised Vidalia onions, American cheese, double yolk fried egg, and Brie's Dill Pickle Burger Sauce. Served with grilled corn on the cob and homemade waffle fries seasoned with the Blackened seasoning. So delicious 😋

Southwest Street Corn Queso Dip 🌽🧀 Inspired by @ninjacue . I was making my standard street corn side and saw his reel, and it looked great!
I started with about 6 cups of sweet corn,
2 cans of fire roasted hotel
2 blocks of cream cheese
8oz of shredded pepper jack cheese
2 TBSP of Dayum Tasty Southwest AP
Smoked in the @yodersmokers ys480 pellet grill for 1 hour, stirred then smoked for a other hour.
Then added
1/2 cup cotija cheese
Fresh cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
Juice and zest from 1 lime
4oz queso fresco
1 TBSP Dayum Tasty Southwest AP
Mixed and served at the party.
Topped a perfectly cooked slice of picanha for one fantastic bite! So delicious 😋
Note: I was going to add black beans, but held off this time 😁
