@rose_bbq is kicking up the keto with Dayum Bayou Cajun Seasoning.
Cajun Cod, which made the perfect low carb meal!

We ended up doing cod 2 ways 1 I knew was going to be straight amazing an egg washed cod seasoned with @neilsarap Cajun. Next was my experiment with some @porkpanko
I mixed some pork panko with the Cajun then applied it to the egg washed cod. Good alternative to breadcrumbs. Still made it keto friendly which is the best part! These were then smoked on the @traegergrills Ironwood 650 at 350
I have to say both came out incredible!!

Filipino BBQ pork sticks. Pork shoulder sliced and

Filipino BBQ pork sticks.
Pork shoulder sliced and cut into thin strips then marinated overnight in my Filipino barbecue marinade:
(For each 2 lb of pork shoulder)
1 cup soy sauce
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 TBSP onion powder
1/2 TBSP ground black pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup banana sauce or ketchup
1/2 cup lemon lime soda

Skewer then cook over high heat, preferably charcoal.

brine recipe:
1 gallon water
3/4 cup kosher salt
3/4 cup brown sugar or corn syrup
1/3 cup Dayum Seasoning & Rub.

Tasty Sear Southwest Ribey Caveman Sear.
Ribeye steak seasoned with Tasty Sear Southwest beef seasoning. Then reverse seared on the Santa Maria grill at ~210°F over jealousdevilcharcoal Lump charcoal and post oak wood chunks. Steak pulled at 115°F IT then caveman seared on the coals.

"I was asked by a very special friend to make more Southwest Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls and of course it was my pleasure.
This is another very simple recipe.
Two cups Bisquick, one pound sausage and 12 ozs Pimento Cheese seasoned with @neilsarap Southwest AP seasoning, mix and bake 375 for 20 minutes.
I made a double batch this time. It really is absolutely DELICIOUS!! Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!!"
