Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar or corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup Dayum Seasoning & Rub
  • 1 gallon water

Instructions
 

  • Mix until salts and sugars dissolve
    3/4 cup Kosher Salt, 3/4 cup Brown sugar or corn syrup, 1/3 cup Dayum Seasoning & Rub, 1 gallon water
  • store brine in refrigerator and brine for at least 1 hr per pound., but not longer than 4hrs per pound

This is my Dayum! Turkey brine recipe and procedure for making the most juicy and flavorful turkey.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup Kosher Salt (or any Non-iodized salt)
3/4 cup Brown sugar or corn syrup
1/3 cup Dayum Seasoning & Rub
Per each 1 gallon water
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix until salts and sugars dissolve store brine in a cooler or in refrigerator and brine for at least 1 hr per pound., but not longer than 4hrs per pound.

    Love the seasoning. I cut back on the brown sugar just a little bit and it still came out great. I would love for you to post a brisket recipe that uses your tasty bark rub next!

  3. What you guys recommend for overnight

    1. If you need to go overnight, just reduce the dry ingredients by half. Otherwise it is about 1hr per lb at full strength.

    1. Yes, this works great with any poultry.
